This position supports the Physical Security Operations Team with responsibility for the Ohio market (Approx 27,000 employees). Currently this covers 295 Retail branches and 18 large corporate facilities (3.6 million RSF) including two employee child care centers and a Retail Call Center. This position will be located in Columbus, Ohio to perform project management duties, physical security site reviews and assessments, workplace violence and various other non-fraud investigations, guard force management, crisis management response and training, along with maintaining an effective law enforcement/emergency preparedness liaison.
8-10 years experience in a security / project management focused role ,
Degree preferred or equivalent years of specific experience.

- Participates in physical security project activities, meetings, and surveys.
- Assists in the development of protection plans based upon lines of businesses and vendor meetings.
- Performs bi-annual security profile and review for specified regional facilities.
- Identifies and communicates risks and issues to management.
- Position will focus on project management work, guard force management, physical security reviews, work place violence and other non-fraud investigations, crisis management (including exercises), training, fingerprint office oversight and liaison with law enforcement.
- Assist Executive Protection team when firm executives are visiting this geography
- High interaction with branch offices and the respective site leadership
8-10 years experience in a security / project management focused role ,
