Description Frontier, the Low Fares Done Right Airline, is looking for a Corporate Security Mgr. The right person for this position would carry out all aspects of the Frontier Aviation Security Program at the General Office, Denver International Airport and all stations. You would also be responsible for managing the development, implementation and evaluation of company-wide security program and risk minimization programs as well as all airline physical and cyber threats.


Essential Functions:
• Implement and maintain security programs including, but not limited to facility, aircraft, records and other operations. Develop threat mitigation strategies for both physical and digital threats. 35%
• Coordinate and communicate with federal agencies (e.g., FAA, FBI SSS, LEO’s, etc.) the preparation and deployment of security policies and procedures and criminal investigations. 15%
• Investigate security violations and threats, prepare reports specifying preventative actions to be taken. 10%
• Take effective steps to ensure workplace security conditions comply with all federal, state, local laws and corporate requirements. Monitors security conditions and conduct ongoing analysis of data received from both external and internal sources, and advise Director on appropriate risk mitigation strategies. 10%
• Manage security implementation at all airports with Stations, Flight Operations, In-flight, Maintenance, as well as the corporate offices. 15%

• Monitor and report any and all security risks to the company and establish regular security inspections of facilities, operations and personnel. 15%

Requirements Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of law enforcement and investigative experience
• Bachelors Degree in security management or related field; combination of education and military or law enforcement experience considered in lieu of degree
• Experience in information technology or information security preferred
• CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information System Management), CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) preferred
• Experience in network infrastructure investigations.
