Position Summary:
The Executive Protection (EP) Professional will transport the RMS President, members of the Senior Leadership and RMS Leadership Teams, Board of Director members, and other passengers as required to local or distant points. The EP Professional will coordinate with principal's executive assistant or designated person with schedule/itinerary information on daily basis for travel planning, which will include driving primary and secondary routes to be travelled in advance for all local venues to be visited, including airports, businesses, hospitals, safe havens, customer sites, residences, and hotels to gain familiarization. In the process of fulfilling the driving responsibilities, this role will be responsible for tracking assigned-vehicle accidents, repairs, inspections, security, maintenance, and replacements; washing and cleaning the vehicle; as well as submit daily deliverables to include, but not limited to accident, mileage, maintenance and cleaning reports.

This role will also work closely with International Security to assist in the development of programs for the protection of employees who travel internationally and those stationed overseas and oversees the executive protection program for RMS. Serves as the consultant to management on government liaisons, industry representatives, and customers for the organization on major matters pertaining to its operations, policies, plans, and objectives. Maintains close liaison with government and industry security, law enforcement and intelligence professionals. Performs and executes the development of comprehensive physical security plans and employ methodologies in developing best practices in risk and vulnerability assessments that safeguard Raytheon employees, facilities, and customers.

Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military security at the international, federal, state and/or local government levels
Experience developing and/or maintaining physical security protocols, including creating policy, procedure and operation manuals using industry best practices
Experience with procurement and bidding activities, such as Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI), for selecting third-party vendors for security purposes
Experience project managing activities for high-profile visitors and leader.

Clearance
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance
- Must be able to start with a DOD Interim Secret clearance

Experience with high-profile security engagements for government, military, and/or business environments
Experience collaborating with other businesses to develop and maintain progressive security programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively and comfortably with internal/external customers of all levels
Physical Security Professional (PSP) or other related industry certifications a plus

Required Education
Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree with 4 years related experience
